What kind of events do you provide florals for?

Any kind of event! Whether it’s your wedding, bridal shower, birthday party, baby shower or corporate event, we can provide florals for anything and everything. Feel free to fill out our Contact form or send us an email at info@delightfloraldesign.com.

Please note that we have a minimum spend requirement of $5000 for weddings.

How far in advance do I have to book with you for weddings and events?

The sooner you book, the better of course!

Do you host workshops?

Yes, definitely! We absolutely love hosting workshops in our space. Visit our Workshops page for more details!

We offer group workshops as well as private ones. Whether you are planning a bridal shower, bachelorette, birthday party, team-building activity or work event, we’ve got you covered. If you'd like to set up your own private workshop, feel free to get in touch at info@delightfloraldesign.com.

Do you rent out your studio for private events that are not flower-related?

Our studio space is currently not available for private events or photoshoots. We’re sorry about this!

What is your refund policy with retail items?

All fresh and dried flowers are final sale as they are made-to-order products.

When do the flower deliveries take place during the day?

Regular orders are normally delivered between 12:00pm to 6:00pm. Our couriers operate under a strict delivery window and cannot guarantee an exact delivery time within the given window. If you require a special timed delivery, please get in touch via email at info@delightfloraldesign.com as there may be an additional fee to arrange a special courier for you. Holiday hours may vary.

Can I place an order for pick-up at your studio? 

Yes! When you place your online order, select the "Store Pick Up" option. As our studio is a private space and to ensure safety, we will need to know the exact time of your pick-up to have it ready for you. It will also need to be paid in full prior to pick-up. Our pick-up time window is 9:30AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday. 

What happens the recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery?

If the recipient isn't home at the time of the delivery, our couriers can leave the order either at the front door or with the concierge/reception. However, if the concierge/reception does not accept packages, our courier will take the order back and you will have to arrange a pick-up or arrange another delivery (additional charges will apply).

How do I take care of my flowers? 

For dried florals, there is no maintenance required. Keep your dried florals away from direct sunlight and damp places.
